UNICUM Path is a series of guided tours led by specialists who, starting from the object featured as part of UNICUM, develop a thematic itinerary through other works and objects in the Collection, offering new perspectives and opportunities for further exploration.

On 10 October, art historian and specialist in Islamic and Indian art Beatrice Campi will lead visitors on a journey through the carpets of the Cerruti Collection, starting with the Safavid carpet featured in UNICUM #1.

An opportunity to take a closer look at objects that, in the everyday life of the Villa, we are more accustomed to walking on than observing: to discover their materials, details and stories up close, and to explore an important aspect of Francesco Federico Cerruti’s collecting practice.
